Privacy

This policy covers the Addboards extension for Chrome. Last updated 11 October 2026.

What it does

The extension saves a picture or video you choose, in Meta Ad Library, to Addboards, SakinLab’s reference library. It acts only when you press its Add button. It requests access only to Meta Ad Library and the Addboards connection on addboards.com; there is no permission for all sites.

What it reads

  • The address of the picture or video you save, and the address and title of the page it is on.
  • In Meta Ad Library, the visible details of the ad you save: advertiser name and profile picture, ad text, headline, description line, button text, link, start date, status and Library ID.

To place its button it looks at visible Ad Library cards inside your browser. Nothing leaves a page where you do not save. It never reads your history, passwords, form entries or messages.

Where it is stored

The file is downloaded by your browser from the site it comes from and saved, with the details above, in Addboards’ storage inside your own browser (IndexedDB on addboards.com). A save waits in the extension’s own storage in your browser until Addboards has it. To show where a saved item is, the extension reads its board and tags from Addboards, in your browser, through a hidden addboards.com page; it also remembers the board you chose last. Nothing is sent to SakinLab’s servers or to anyone else; there is no account, analytics, advertising or tracking.

Your control

You can delete items in Addboards at any time. Removing the extension deletes its own storage; clearing site data for addboards.com deletes the Addboards library.
